A delicate spring honey, perfect for tea, yogurt, fruit. Lightly floral, fruity, persistent aroma. Very sweet, hints of vanilla and almond, with balanced acidity. Fine flowery notes in the finish.
NOTE! Acacia honey comes from a plant called robinia-pseudoacacia (Black Locust). (A common name for the tree is “false acacia” which is why the honey is called acacia.)
